East Coast Sushi Buffet is a full service restaurant in Jacksonville, Florida open seven days a week, serving buffet style dishes during the day with buffet and dinner specials in the evening. East Coast Sushi Buffet features a variety of foods including American Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine with Sushi Bar and Hibachi Grill, Chinese Cuisine, and Seafood. About 200 items are on the menu every day, including main entrees, side dishes, salads, desserts, pastries and fresh fruit. The restaurant has a roomy main dining area and two private meeting rooms available for business meetings and other special events. Catering and to-go orders accepted.
